Does it replace my online sales counselor?
No. It covers nights and weekends, answers the repetitive questions instantly and hands every qualified buyer to your OSC or onsite agent with the whole conversation. Your people close.
What does the assistant know, and who controls it?
It learns from your own website: communities, plans, pricing, amenities, schools. You review it before it goes live, and we update it when inventory or prices change.
